As we celebrate International Women’s Day this Sunday, I want to take a moment to reflect on my own career path and express my deepest gratitude to the women who have profoundly shaped it.

Throughout my journey in the engineering and tech industries, I have been fortunate to cross paths with exceptional female leaders and colleagues who have boosted my career, challenged my perspectives, and trusted my vision.

Today, I want to specifically highlight and thank three of them:

Isabelle Valentin,

Who pushed me to step out of my comfort zone and initial NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) expertise. Thank you for helping me expand my technical skills far beyond my primary academic domain.

Vanessa Picron,

Who placed immense trust in me during a pivotal time. Thank you for empowering me to build the newly merged innovation teams between Clarion and Parrot in the Electronics domain, and for entrusting me with the Innovation Direction of Faurecia Clarion Electronics.

Camille Ghibaudo,

Whose deep, insightful, and challenging conversations consistently bring true purpose to my work and profoundly guide my strategic decision-making.

To these three incredible professionals, and to all the brilliant women I’ve had the honor of working alongside: thank you. Women remain vastly underrepresented in industry, engineering, and science in general. Recognizing this means not only celebrating their achievements today but also acknowledging the immense value, diverse perspectives, and outstanding leadership they bring to our fields every single day.

We all have a role to play in encouraging and supporting the next generation of women in STEM.

Happy International Women’s Day!
